Challenge

For over two decades, Orozco Construction has been building and remodeling homes and businesses. One of its unique and most-requested services has been building custom pole barns, which offer vast, open interior spaces, ideal for parking vehicles, sheltering livestock, storing agricultural supplies and even serving as a wedding venue. 

While pole barns had become a significant part of Orozco’s business, it realized its website was inadequate in describing the company’s unique capabilities in this area. By including more information on its website about pole barns and by optimizing certain pages for search terms such as “pole barns,” the owners thought they could grow this part of their business even further.

Solution

Orozco Construction hired Susan Greene, construction copywriter, to create a landing page about the company’s pole barn design and building services. Susan interviewed one of the company’s owners to learn more about the subject. She then proceeded to write the copy, optimizing it for pole-barn related keywords.

Results

The new landing page helped Orozco Construction’s website gain visibility and attract more visitors. It also helped to convert those visitors into customers by positioning Orozco as an expert in the field.
