Maria’s Cleaning Services started out in 2002 as a way for Maria to take care of her four young children after her husband passed away suddenly. Through hard work and a commitment to high standards, Maria’s little business has turned into a thriving enterprise with a rapidly growing staff. 

Maria decided it was finally time to market their services more professionally and had a website built. She especially wanted an About Us/Company History page that explained the company’s full range of services.

Solution

Susan Greene was hired by Maria and her team to create the About Us page. She interviewed them and created copy that emphasized the company’s professionalism and personalized service.

With the new website launched, Maria was able to approach larger, commercial clients as well as grow the residential aspect of the business. Appearing in Google search results helped Maria attract new customers, instead of depending wholly on word-of-mouth to grow the business as she had for so many years.
