Challenge

For four years, Genesis Capital Finance had been providing truck financing to customers in the Miami and Ft. Lauderdale area. But now the company’s owners were ready to expand their services. They no longer wanted to be confined to the Greater Miami market.  They wanted to reach customers throughout the state of Florida.  And, in addition to helping truck owner/operators obtain loans, they wanted to work directly with truck dealerships and truck repair shops to provide loans to their customers. To accomplish these objectives, Genesis Capital Finance needed a new website.

Solution

Susan Greene worked with Juan Carlos Gonzalez, Genesis’s Business Development Director, to determine the content of the website. Together they decided to create pages dedicated to each type of truck financing Genesis offered including Truck Purchases, Truck Repairs, and Floor Plan Financing for Truck Dealers.

The website had to communicate that Genesis could provide financing to almost any individual or company, regardless of its credit history. It also had to demonstrate how fast and easy the application process was. By eliminating any possible friction, Genesis would attract more prospects.

Website pages like the FAQs were written to alleviate any concerns a potential applicant might have. And every page included the call to action, “Begin application process here.”

Result

Almost as soon as the new website was launched, Genesis Capital Finance saw a spike in the number of inquiries it received. More importantly, its sales people could now confidently refer prospects to their website, knowing that it accurately reflected the company’s professionalism and the full breadth of its services.
