Amelia Island Club is a private country club located in Amelia Island, Florida. Membership is exclusively for people who purchase vacation homes in the Amelia Island Plantation development.
When the development’s marketing team needed a brochure to sell its real estate and attract members to the Amelia Island Club, Susan Greene, brochure writer, was brought in to compose the copy.
The brochure needed to sound as elegant as its design. The wording had to make prospective buyers realize they had a special opportunity to be part of a privileged group. By purchasing a home at Amelia Island Plantation, they would be granted exclusive access to the club’s golf course, racquet club, pools, beach and restaurants.
Susan visited Amelia Island Plantation to tour its facilities and meet with the marketing team. She then worked closely with graphic designers to create the brochure.
Over the course of a couple years, Amelia Island Plantation sold all available homes to investors and today operates the community’s private country club and its many amenities.
