Sarco Architects decided to explore different ways to generate leads. Because many of their clients came from the UK, one of its campaigns was to place ads in popular British magazines.
The ads directed readers to the company website. To increase conversions, the firm wanted to create a landing page that, like the ads, would specifically target British prospects.
Susan Greene was asked to write a landing page that spoke to the British prospect. She highlighted key selling points such as Costa Rica’s year-round good weather, direct flights from London, and that English is widely spoken, all of which make the country an excellent choice for a vacation home.
The architecture firm runs occasional print and online ads that drive traffic to this landing page and generate leads from prospective customers. The company is also using the landing page to continually build its mailing list. It mails out a quarterly newsletter about the company, a promotional piece that translates into sales and referrals down the road.

Dear Susan,
You did a terrific job on the landing page targeting UK prospects. I took your advice on shortening the testimonials and the other tweaks you mentioned. Now the copy is good to go! Thank you so much for all your help!
