QMount sells an attachment for the extremely popular massage guns used by athletes to alleviate sore muscles. As a newcomer to the athletic industry, the company’s leadership knew one of the key components of its success would be finding distributors to promote the product. They needed a flyer or sales sheet that would introduce the product to that audience.
QMount hired Susan Greene, copywriter, to help with multiple marketing tools. One of the most important was the flyer/sales sheet she created for distributors. Susan interviewed the company’s president to learn about the product and then created a document that included QMount’s best sell points.
QMount found the distributor sell sheet to be extremely effective in opening doors for their product. What they liked about the sell sheet was that it quickly educated the distributor about the massage-gun holder and created a persuasive case for adding it to their product line.
The sell sheet could be sent as a standalone document or paired with a friendly letter of introduction, which Susan also created.
