RTI Supply

Challenge

RTI Supply sells products that are used in high-traffic, public and commercial restrooms. Its HDPE solid plastic toilet partitions are among its best sellers.  

To attract additional customers for those partitions, RTI Supply decided to create a dedicated page on its website to promote them. 

Solution

The Miami-based company hired Susan Greene, a Florida copywriter, to write about the products. She created benefit-oriented copy that explained why their toilet partitions were high-quality, long-lasting and therefore the most popular choice for commercial restrooms throughout the southeastern U.S.

Result

RTI was so pleased with the copy, they requested that Susan also write the product descriptions for their catalog, which included all types of bathroom supplies such as mirrors, soap dispensers, toilet paper dispensers, etc.
