Sign Producers

Challenge

Sign Producers had built its first website in the early 1990s and hadn’t changed it since. The company had been so successful via word-of-mouth and repeat business that it hadn’t needed to put additional resources into marketing.

However, because the site hadn’t been updated, it didn’t accurately reflect the size and impressive achievements of Sign Producers over the past two decades. Additionally, the company was aware that lesser competitors with fancier websites were beginning to attract attention. Sign Producers decided it was time for an update.

Solution

The owners of Sign Producers worked with a web design firm to create a beautiful, new website. But they needed copy to complete the project.

Susan Greene, freelance copywriter, spoke with the owners at length to get an understanding of their business, including their state-of-the-art, 25,000 square foot manufacturing facility.  Within three weeks the new copy was complete and posted on Sign Producers’ website.

Result

Sign Producers already had an extremely successful business with a large, loyal following and many outstanding accomplishments to its name. Now it also had a new website that was in line with the company’s size and leadership position in the industry.
