Challenge

Mountain Peak Marketing designs web pages and landing pages that help their clients gain exposure and capture market share. One of their clients, a physician’s practice in New York City, recently began offering a breakthrough treatment for military veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). 

Mountain Peak Marketing determined that a landing page would be the best way to attract new patients and promote awareness.

Solution

President Lucas Summer contacted Susan Greene, freelance copywriter, to assist in crafting the copy for the landing page. He provided creative direction as well as managed the promotional campaign start to finish.

Susan researched the new PTSD treatment and wrote the copy. In addition to explaining how and why the treatment works, she made sure to provide references to credible sources that had recently evaluated the new  treatment, including a “60 Minutes” story on TV and an article in “Military Times” magazine. 

Result

With a pay-per-click campaign driving traffic, the landing page began getting immediate results. According to Summer, “It’s already doing a good job of generating patient inquiries!” Within weeks the physician’s practice had new patients scheduling initial consultations.
